Rietumu Banka now offers more favourable terms of “Oxford” deposits to help you make savings for your child's future — funding their education, purchasing property, or starting a business.
Currency of “Oxford” deposit can be EUR or USD.
Minimum initial deposit amount has been reduced from EUR/USD 5 000 to EUR/USD 1 000. Minimum single instalment amount has been reduced from EUR/USD 500 to EUR/USD 100.
The interest rates of “Oxford” deposits have been increased as follows, depending on the child’s age at the moment of making the instalment:
• children under 8 years of age – from 4.00% to 4.25%
• children aged 8 to 13 – from 3.25% to 3.50%
• children aged 13 to 15 – from 2.50% to 3.00%
• children aged 15 to 17 – from 1.50% to 2.50%.
